You tell us your Complaint
Begin by clicking the "Start Complaining" button above. You will be given the
choice of making your complaint "Public" where it is put into a Forum where other people can help you along with
DoMyComplaining.com, or keeping your complaint "Private" where it will be
handled only by DoMyComplaining.com.
If you select "Private", you will be given the choice of telling us about your complaint by phone, e-mail or on-line. After submitting your complaint, we will respond within 3 business days, outlining a plan of how to deal with your complaint and quoting a price for the service.
If you choose "Public", you will be directed to the Forum where after selecting "New Complaint" you can post your complaint. After 10 business days from posting your complaint, DoMyComplaining.com will summarize all of the posted replies; outline a plan of how to deal with your complaint and quoting a price for the service.
The price will depend upon the complexity of the complaint, but prices are typically in the range of $25 to $200.
