YAKbroken service agreement First Name:Rolland City: Vancouver
absolute stonewall in trying to deal with Yak communications over an
issue i believe to be failure on its part to provide the service
promised.
Several(10) phone calls, faxes, letters have gone completely
unanswered even to confirm receipt of same. Promises of calls to be
returned never materialized. E mail addresses are not valid and
NOTHING has progressed over several months of attempts on my part to
be recompensed for this oversight.
Last year I registered for a long distance phoning plan in association
with Yak and BCAA. This plan was to be put in place to facilitate
calling done from my home phone by my sub-leasee while i was out of
the country for several months.
Upon returning in May 2008 I discovered that Yak had not picked up my
long distance calling as I had been assured was in effect before my
departure. My LD charges went through Telus at a very much higher rate
totaling almost $1,000 dollars.
I have from Yak a letter (dated Dec. 14/07) explaining that the
program was to be discontinued Feb 28/08...so obviously i was
registered.
Can you help?
