Complaint: Since we moved into our condo located downtown we are
sleepless. There is a gym underneath our unit and every time someone
is using the weight machine or dropping the weights it jerks us
because it is so loud. I have complained several times including
verbal and through letters of complaint and nothing has happened. We
even met with the board of directors and they promised to look into
making the gym noise proof. It is an older building and the noise
transmits really good. We live on the second floor. There are time
limits for the moving bay behind us until 8 pm, 5 pm for construction
noise and 11 pm for gym noise. We pay the same condo fees as other
people but we feel that we cannot enjoy our place. Please help
